Resilience In A Box is carefully designed by coaches and experts to support you in building and maintaining a resilient mindset. This unique product has 80 cards that offer hands-on practices, insight and relatable, real-life examples that can be applied to any situation. All of this makes resilience more achievable than ever before.

How do I use it?

Resilience In A Box can be used individually or within work teams. Simplistic and portable, you can use it wherever you are – even at your desk. You’ll get the most out of these practices by engaging them regularly, either within team meet-ups or by yourself.

They’re also a great resource to use whenever a situation calls for an extra dose of strength. Clients have found great success when using this product in conjunction with CAFE Life’s workshops.

Within these 80 cards, you will find 5 categories, which create our acronym, CAMPS, which stands for Connection, Accountability, Motion, Perspective, and Spark. These make up the anatomy of resilience, and if you tend to and nurture all these aspects, you’ll be guaranteed to see resilience grow in your life.
